Felipe Clemente, CEO of Pixeon, highlights the importance of the report prepared by KLAS Research, as it reflects the real experiences of thousands of healthcare professionals involved in health IT, based on data collected over the past 18 months. "This award reinforces the systematic work we have built over the years. It is a recognition of our dedication to providing innovative, high-quality solutions for the healthcare sector," he states.
Report Highlights Investments in Innovation
The two main factors contributing to this recognition were product stability and innovation. In the past year, Pixeon implemented several tools in Pixeon Aurora PACS, such as new post-processing tools, advanced 3D reconstruction features, virtual endoscopy, segmentation tools, and the launch of Aurora Drive, a cloud storage service designed exclusively for radiology.
"Pixeon Aurora PACS represents our ongoing investment in innovation. We are committed to delivering the most advanced technologies to healthcare professionals, as demonstrated by Aurora Drive, which is redefining cloud-based image storage," says Richerland Medeiros, CTO of Pixeon.
It is important to note that the KLAS Research report is developed through anonymous surveys, but the institute shares customer feedback with suggestions and constructive criticism. Using this data, Pixeon's Research & Development team regularly reviews the KLAS report to identify areas for improvement and recognize the most valued aspects of its solutions. This year, the main benefits highlighted in the award included the quality of phone and online support, implementation and training services, delivery of new technologies, alignment with institutions' long-term strategic plans, among others.
National Leadership and Expansion in Latin America
For 2024, Pixeon reaffirms its commitment to innovation, especially through the use of artificial intelligence to enhance processes. By developing tools for automatic anomaly detection and continuous AI learning, the company aims to revolutionize the diagnostic market and positively impact the entire healthcare chain, from doctors to patients.
Iomani Engelmann, co-founder and Director of Marketing & Sales, emphasizes that winning the "2024 Best in KLAS for Latin America" is a recognition of Pixeon’s continuous efforts to provide an innovative solution and outstanding service in the radiology market.
In addition to its strong presence in Brazil, Pixeon also operates in Argentina and Uruguay and has expansion plans.
"Exploring new markets is something we constantly focus on, and we believe now is the time to expand. Winning this award is a great way to reach new heights, as it confirms our commitment to always delivering the best solutions to our clients," concludes Engelmann.
